1. Services and Quotes

\nOur Standard of Clean: To ensure we are bringing your property up to the Wellspring Cleaning Co. standard, we require all new clients to start with an initial \"Deep Clean.\" Once that baseline is set, we can move to \"Standard Cleans\" for your regular maintenance.

\nThe Walkthrough: Upon arrival, our cleaners will perform a quick walkthrough to ensure our estimate is on target. If the home requires more attention than initially discussed, we’ll provide an updated quote for your approval before we get to work.

\nCustom Touches: We love tailoring our service! Just let us know in advance if you’d like to add any custom service enhancements or make adjustments to our checklist.

2. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

\n100% Satisfaction: We take great pride in being thorough. If we happen to miss an item on our checklist, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.

\nThe Fix-It Policy: If notified within the 24-hour window, we will return to your property to rectify the specific area at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, but we are committed to making it right.

3. Team & Professional Boundaries

\nCompany Representation: All cleaners are contracted through Wellspring Cleaning Co. and represent our company. To maintain professional boundaries, we ask that you do not request our contractors to perform work for you outside of our company. Any requests for additional or future services must be discussed directly with the office.

\nPayments & Tips: Our team members are not authorized to collect payments for services rendered; all service payments must be handled through the office. However, tips are always appreciated! Tips may be given in cash or through the cleaner’s personal accounts (such as Zelle or Venmo) at your discretion.

4. Home Environment & Safety

\nMutual Respect & Safety: Our team members deserve to work in a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove our cleaners from a property immediately if they encounter any behavior that is disrespectful, threatening, or makes them feel unsafe.

\nPets: We love pets! For the safety of our team and your furry family members, please secure any anxious or aggressive pets before our arrival.

\nPrivacy & Recording: To ensure the comfort of our staff, please notify us in advance if you will be recording voice or video inside the home while the cleaners are present.

\nSafety & Biohazards: For the safety of our team, we cannot move heavy furniture (over 35 lbs) or clean biohazardous materials (including animal waste).

\nBreakage/Loss: While we treat your home with the utmost care, accidents can happen. Wellspring Cleaning Co. is bonded and insured. Any claims for damage must be submitted within 24 hours of the service.

5. Scheduling, Payment, & Security

\nCancellations: We know life gets busy! We prefer 48 hours' notice for any changes, but we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

\nPayment Method: A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment.

\nCharges: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
